After-School Enrichment

GREEN VALLEY ELEMENTARY
After-school enrichment (ASE) at Green Valley offers a diverse range of activities designed to ignite creativity, spark curiosity, and develop new skills. From arts and crafts to science experiments, and sports, there’s something for everyone! Led by passionate instructors, our program provides a fun and engaging environment where kids can explore their interests, make new friends, and continue learning outside the classroom. Whether they’re trying something completely new or honing an existing talent, our enrichment activities help students grow, build confidence, and have a great time along the way!

ASE classes are taught by independent vendors. ASE is NOT affiliated with Green Valley Elementary School, PTA or Learning Fund.

Children will learn the Spanish language in a fun, comfortable learning environment. Students will learn real Spanish in an immersion setting, as well as become familiar with cultural elements of Spanish-speaking countries.
Our curriculum consists of: Learning ABC’s, numbers, colors, vocabulary words, phrases (conversation), poems, songs, art projects, games and much more.
The goal of our program is to attain conversational skills and to build a Spanish language foundation for when they enter middle school. New material is introduced each session.

In this simulation-based camp, children explore drone technology through hands-on coding. They use logic and problem-solving to complete virtual drone missions. No real drones are flown—the focus is on coding, strategy, and STEM skills. With engaging videos, hands-on coding, and fun quizzes, students learn how drones work, how to program them, and their real-world applications.

Our after-school enrichment basketball program is the perfect opportunity for kids to have fun, stay active, and develop their skills on the court! Led by experienced coaches, this program focuses on building basketball fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship in an engaging and supportive environment. Whether your child is just starting or looking to sharpen their game, they'll enjoy practicing drills, learning new techniques, and participating in friendly scrimmages with their peers. In this class, students will be introduced to the great game of golf. Golf can have a lasting impact far beyond this class, as it is one of sports you can play your entire lifetime. Golf is an active sport, however it has less impact on the body than other sports and improves strength and flexibility. Students will learn the basics of a golf swing, posture, grip, the rules and other fun games as it relates to golf. All levels are welcome!!!
